The spectre mk2 has active breaking capabilities, meaning that if you're having "standard" double cycling activating the Spectre or Titan's active breaking would fix that, if its just due to cut-off lever wear (which I doubt, but its possible for it to mimic the symptoms of double cycling) then just the act of installing the Spectre or Titan would fix the issue.
